What shipping options do you have?

 

We ship to the following locations:
 

UK 3-5 days

Europe 5 days

Canada/USA 7 days

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free for all orders. All other shipping costs are shown at checkout.

All shipping options are tracked and we’ll email you once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Please bear in mind there may be slight delays to shipping services during Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas.

 

*Due to Covid-19 shipping services have suffered delays which are out of our control. We are doing everything we can on our end to get your order out as quickly as possible.*

Which courier service do you use?

 

We use a range of companies to ship your packages including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx and USPS.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

 

Orders are dispatched the next working day.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

Please note that you may have to pay import duties for deliveries outside of the UK. Please check with your customs office in your country of residence to clarify whether customs duties will be payable.

Goods being received in USA are not subject to customs duties if they are valued below $800.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can rectify this before fulfiling your order. In the event that your parcel cannot be delivered due to your error, you will be charged for redelivery. 

How do I return my order?

 

If for some reason you no longer wish to keep your items, please return them in salable condition using the online returns form. The returns policy can be found here.
