Our returns policy is simple.
We're a clothing brand that aims to please, but if you're not happy with your order, we've made it easy to return your items, no matter where you are in the world. Here's the brief returns policy, but please take a moment to read through the full T&Cs.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days
To ensure a full refund, please return items in their original condition. Items received that are damaged, worn and/or in unsuitable condition are not subject to refund and may be returned to you.
Eligible returns are refunded via the original payment method
Once the items are received, the transaction will be processed to the card/account the order was made with. We aim to process all returns within 14 days.
Orders returned from outside of the UK will have the cost of return shipping deducted before processing.
Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds - you will be provided with store credit

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packaged and labeled properly to avoid any damages or loss and keep proof of postage.
We will not hesitate to take action against fraudulent returns if we notice a pattern in your activity that goes against our guidelines; including wearing and returning items, mass returns after unusually big shopping hauls, and/or returning goods that don't match the original item that was sent.

Returning your order is an easy 3-step process:
1. Complete the online returns form
2. Print the free return label sent to your email address
3. Drop your parcel off at your local Post Office
